of "Promoting & Preserving the Arts", for Graffiti Artists to create "Fine Art" rather than "Crime Art" in various venues, such as After School Programs, Workshops and Classes at local Community Colleges. This is an opportunity for them to creatively self express while creating the Graffiti-Anime that they love, as Fine Art.
